I have already touched on the news that Myer would be stocking the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, albeit quickly, however, at the time of posting that article I wasn’t aware of the pricing at Myer; now I am thanks to junk mail catalogue I received in the mail.
From what I can tell by the catalogue, Myer will be selling three variants of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 starting on September 1st. Each Galaxy Tab 10.1 will come with a ‘bonus tablet sleeve‘, whatever that may mean. If it’s neoprene then that’s awesome and it’s already known that Myer sell neoprene cases for the iPad 2, however, when I purchased the Galaxy Tab 10.1v from Vodafone it can with a plastic case that was also a stand, so we might see one of these bundled with the 10.1.
The three variants of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 will sell at the following prices:
- Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 — 16GB Wi-Fi only — $579
- Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 — 16GB Wi-Fi & 3G — $729
- Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 — 64GB Wi-Fi & 3G — $949
For those playing along at home, the $729 pricetag on the 16GB Wi-Fi & 3G variant is the exact same as the Galaxy Tab 10.1v when it first launched on Vodafone — this also included 6GB of Vodafone prepaid mobile data.
